What we collect

When you send a custom order request, contact message, or newsletter sign-up, we receive the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, order details, and any files you choose to upload.

How we use it

• To review and respond to your custom order request or question.
• To contact you by your preferred method about your request.
• If you opt in, to send occasional Candace Creations updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. Please do not send payment card details through any form on this website.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are delivered through our website host's form service (Netlify) and are accessible only to Candace Creations. If an email newsletter service is connected in the future, newsletter addresses will be stored with that provider.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a small note in your browser so the newsletter invitation isn't shown again after you close it.

Your choices

To ask us to update or delete information you've shared, contact Candace Worley at candacecreations.patte@gmail.com or (757) 510-1531.
